Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole
3 large chicken breasts (6 halves)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 tube Ritz crackers,
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
2 tsp. Poppy seed
Cook chicken; cut in small pieces. Arrange in 9 x 13 inch buttered casserole dish. Mix soup with sour cream. Pour over chicken. Crush crackers and add poppy seed. Sprinkle this over the top. Pour melted butter over that. Cook 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
A side of green beans and mashed potatoes would make a harty meal. This is a family favorite at our house!
